Applies to some extensions.
If you see this error, you might need to set some custom permissions or to fix your FTP details.
Please read the error in full and find out which folder needs to be chmoded to 755.
Ex. : Unable to create: /.../engine/....xml
In this case you need to set the permission to the engine folder or check your FTP Settings from Global Configuration (Server tab).

If the above fails, you should change the permission to 777 but please read the note below.
Note : Permissions should be set by FTP not Cpanel
We don't recommend setting a 777 permission on any of your folder since it's not safe but if this is the only way it works, your server configuration might be wrong. Please contact your hosting company for support.
Also note that this error is not related with the product, but with your server configuration.
